This 100-proof bourbon began distillation in August 2008 with a mashbill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. The result is a delectable bourbon with notes of sweetness, spiciness, and smoke. An intense profile of dried cherries and caramelized elements jumps out of the glass, and as you delve into the drink, a nuanced hint of fine tobacco leaf can be tasted as it lends a warm earthy feel to the bourbon.
